2013년 4월 3일 오늘의 곡은 Third Eye Blind의 Semi-Charmed Life입니다. 1997년 발매된 이들의 데뷔 앨범 Third Eye Blind의 타이틀곡으로 뚜뚜두 뚜뚜루루루 라고 흥얼거리는 부분이 너무 발랄하고 경쾌해서 귀에 쏙쏙 들어오지요. Third Eye Blind는 샌프란시스코에서 결성된 얼터너티브 락밴드로 스테판 젠킨스와 케빈 카도건이 일렉트라 레코드와 1996년 계약하면서 본격적인 도약을 시작합니다. Semi-Charmed Life가 빌보드 차트 4위에 이르는 인기를 얻으면서 큰 성공을 하게 되는데요. 그 후에 나온 두번째 앨범 Blue는 1집에 비할바는 못되지만 나름 성공을 거둡니다. 스테판 젠킨스의 깔끔한 외모도 이들의 인기에 큰 부분을 차지하는 것 같네요. 지금도 Third Eye Blind는 멤버교체는 있었지만 활발한 활동을 벌이고 있답니다. 즐감하세요!
