20130602 Shola Ama - You're The One I Love

2013년 6월 2일 오늘의 곡은 Shola Ama의 You're The One I Love입니다. 1997년에 영국에서 앨범 Much Love로 데뷔한 숄라 아마는 첫번째 싱글로 이곡 You're The One I Love를 발매하지만 별로 히트를 기록하지 못합니다. 하지만 두번째 싱글로 터들리 리차즈의 1980년 곡을 리메이크한 You Might Need Somebody로 영국차트 4위까지 오르며 히트를 기록하지요. 후에 다시 이곡 You're The One I Love도 재발매 하며 3위까지 오르는 히트를 기록합니다. 역시 좋은곡도 이름값이 있어야 더 크게 뜨는 것 같네요. 재즈한 스타일의 숄라 아마의 소울풀한 보이스가 어우러져 참 좋은 곡입니다. 즐감하세요!
