2013년 5월 10일 오늘의 곡은 Dishwalla의 Counting Blue Cars입니다. 뮤직비디오가 마치 우리나라 90년대 후반 아이돌 뮤직비디오 보듯이 뽀얗고 예쁘게 나오네요. 보컬 로니 브라우닝 크레븐스의 꽃미모가 마치 순정만화에서 나온듯한 느낌입니다. 디시왈라는 1994년 미국 캘리포니아에서 결성된 4인조 얼터너티브 락밴드로 1996년 데뷔앨범 Pet Your Friends의 싱글 Coundting Blue Cars로 디시왈라는 빌보드 차트 15위까지 히트하며 그해의 그래미 베스트락상을 수상할 정도로 인기를 얻습니다. 이 곡 이후에 Charlie Brown's Parents, Give, Once In A While 등의 곡을 내놓지만 이 곡만큼의 히트는 기록하지 못하서 원히트 원더로 평가받기도 하지요. 그만큼 이곡 Counting Blue Cars가 좋네요. 즐감하세요!
